Dr. Pat Calcagno is a chiropractic physician specializing in athletic injury treatment and holistic wellness. With a background as a competitive athlete, he earned his bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and his doctorate of chiropractic from Life University. As the founder of Olympia Chiropractic, Dr. Calcagno focuses on functional training and fitness, blending clinical expertise with practical insights from his athletic experience.
He's committed to personalized care, helping patients prevent injuries and optimize performance. Beyond his practice, Dr. Calcagno prioritizes family and community. With his wife, Julie, and their four children, he embodies values of health and wellness that are central to Olympia Chiropractic's ethos.

Domenique Voelsch D.C.
Dr. Domenique Voelsch is a board certified Chiropractic physician on a mission to help people live better, in a way that is personal, and with less medication and surgery.
Dr. Dom attended Saint Louis University. In 2019 she received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry as well as a degree in Business Marketing with plans to attend Pharmacy School. While at SLU, Dr. Dom's life took an unexpected turn when health complications led her to discover the transformative benefits of the chiropractic lifestyle; treating the true cause rather than treating the symptoms.
Choosing to follow her newfound passion, in 2023, Dr. Dom became a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa; the world's first and largest school specializing in chiropractic medicine, established in 1897. At Palmer, Dr. Dom earned a scholarship playing for the schools Division II Woman's Rugby Club. Under her leadership, the team won the Midwest Champion title in 2019 and 2021.
Driven by a deep love for family and community, Dr. Dom returned to her roots and joined Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in 2023. Throughout her chiropractic career, she has cultivated a passion for whole family wellness, guiding patients of all ages toward a lifetime of optimal physical and mental well-being. Dr. Dom believes in achieving a better quality of life for all people; a life capable to live its fullest movement potential.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Dom leads by example in promoting a vibrant and balanced lifestyle. Whether she's spending time with family, practicing yoga, enjoying a good book, or creating healthy recipes in the kitchen, she embodies her philosophy that a healthy lifestyle is not only attainable but also enjoyable and sustainable. Her commitment to making wellness accessible to everyone shines through in her approach, as she continues to inspire others to embrace the journey to optimal health with enthusiasm and determination.
Physical Therapist
Stephanie Ruff D.P.T.
Stephanie Ruff is a staff physical therapist at Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. Stephanie grew up in Elmhurst, IL. She attended Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL where she played tennis for four years and received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology in 2012.
She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL in 2016. Stephanie has been practicing in the state of Illinois for 3 years in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since beginning her physical therapy schooling in 2013. Stephanie has a passion for helping others regain the function necessary to return to their daily lifestyle. She has taken continual education coursework in SIJ dysfunction, ACL reconstruction, vestibular re-education, and foot/ankle pathology. She enjoys working with all age groups. With her background in athletics, she enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic conditions including sport-related injuries, spine disorders, joint replacements, shoulder rehabilitation, and knee rehabilitation. Outside of work, Stephanie loves to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys playing tennis and golf, hiking, yoga, running, as well as cooking, and travelling.
Physical Therapist
Nikos Starks P.T.A.
Nikos Starks is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). After 12 years in the health and wellness industry as a fitness trainer he made the move into physical therapy. He graduated from Casa Loma College in 2021 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Physical Therapy.
With over a decade of working in fitness, Nikos brings a keen eye in body mechanics and functional movement. While enjoying a life long journey of knowledge he has obtained numerous certifications over the years not limited to Titleist Performance Institute, Gary Gray 3 D-Maps & CAFS, and USA Olympic Weight Lifting.
When not working on guiding patients through their journey of healing you can find Nikos spending is time outside teeing it up, camping, hiking, fishing, or just creating memories with family and friends.

Cody is a massage therapist at the St. Charles location and grew up in the area. He acquired his license through Elgin Community College and has been a massage therapist for two years. Cody is passionate about using his skills to help others and developing relationships with his clients.
